11-b of the Domestic Relation Law.

NOTE BY REVEREND ADAMOVICH:
Registration with the City of New York is NOT REQUIRED to perform a ceremony within other areas of the State
of New York so permitted in Domestic Relations Law. Passing the requirements of NYC are the most rigourous
in the State requiring documentation and verification of all credentials. Registration, therefore PERMITS a qualified
officiant to perform marriage ceremonies within the City of New York. Eligable Clergy are REGISTERED, NOT LICENSED.
